From November 2010 to mid- September 2011 (Estimated Completion Date) there will be disruption to the rear carpark due to the building of 11 flats directly behind the Hotel.
On certain days parking will be seriousely restricted due to the use of a crane required to lift the heaviest items up to the top of the build.
There is also likely to be noise disruption on weekdays with work commencing at 7.30 am and stopping at 4.30 pm.

Parking currently entails of the 7 spaces at the front of the Hotel and "Soldier Parking" of 6 spaces to the rear of the Hotel. The spaces to the rear only become available after 5 pm when the construction site closes.
We apologise for any disruption this may cause and ask for your understanding during this construction period. Estimated completion is now 17th October 2011.

Well, you've guest it. As the completion date of the 17th October is now passed we have a new completion date!!!!
17th November is now the date we can expect our car park to return to normal (pending any repairs following the construction work)
